Terms of Service
Effective date: 2026-10-20
These terms apply to the Atlassian Forge apps for Jira Cloud published by Oleksandr Tolochko ("the vendor", "we"): Time Left for Jira, Time Spent for Jira, Assets Out for Jira Service Management, Assets In for Jira Service Management, and any other app listed at /apps ("the apps"). Open-source apps that you deploy yourself from source, such as Deletion Log for Jira, are not covered by these terms but by their own licence.
The short version
- The apps are free.
- They run inside your Jira site on Atlassian Forge. We operate no backend and do not receive your Jira data. See each app's privacy policy.
- Use them lawfully, at your own judgment. They are provided as is, without warranty.
- Our liability is limited as set out below.
1. Parties and acceptance
This agreement is between the vendor, Oleksandr Tolochko (an individual / sole proprietor in Ukraine), and the person or organisation that installs or uses an app. By installing or using an app you accept these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind it.
2. Atlassian terms come first
Installation, permissions, and the platform itself are governed by your agreement with Atlassian, including the Atlassian Marketplace and Forge terms. If these terms conflict with those, the Atlassian terms prevail for the matters they cover. The apps are free, so we do not take payment or issue refunds.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps on your Jira site while they are installed. You may not resell or sublicense the apps, reverse engineer them except where the law permits, or remove ownership notices. We keep all other rights.
4. Acceptable use
Use the apps lawfully and as documented. Do not use them to access data you are not entitled to, to disrupt Jira, Forge, or other services, or to circumvent the apps' or Atlassian's technical limits.
5. Your data
The apps access Jira data only through the permissions you grant at installation and the permissions of the signed-in user. We do not sell data or use it for advertising. You are responsible for your content, your Jira permissions, and who can use the apps on your site. The privacy policy of each app, available from its page under /apps, forms part of these terms.
6. Reports and exports
Reports, calculations, and exports (for example CSV files) are provided for information. Check them before relying on them for billing, payroll, contractual deadlines, or compliance. You are responsible for decisions based on the apps' output.
7. Third-party components
The apps include open-source components that keep their own licences. Atlassian, Jira, and Forge are trademarks of Atlassian; no endorsement is implied. Platform features and APIs are controlled by Atlassian and may change.
8. Support and availability
Support is by email at support@tolochko.uk, in English, on a best-effort basis. We aim to reply within two business days. We may change, suspend, or discontinue an app at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the apps are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rights that cannot be waived by law are not affected.
10. Limitation of liability
The apps are provided free of charge, and you use them at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the vendor has no liability to you or any third party for any loss or damage arising from or related to the apps or these terms, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, including loss of profit, data, business, or goodwill, and whether based on contract, tort, or any other theory. This includes loss caused by errors in reports, calculations, or exports, by downtime or discontinuation, or by changes to Jira, Forge, or the Atlassian Marketplace. If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the lowest amount the law permits and in any case to the amount you paid us for the apps, which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Term and termination
These terms apply while an app is installed on your site. You may stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end your right to use an app if you materially breach these terms. Sections 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination. Uninstalling does not remove the app's configuration from your Jira projects; see the privacy policy for how to delete it.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are posted on this page before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
